The Answers You Need

We understand that your pets are like family, and it’s our top priority to make you feel comfortable with the care we provide them. To make sure all your questions are answered, we’ve included our FAQs below.

What are the pick-up and drop-off times?

Drop-offs are scheduled between 2-6pm.Pick-ups are scheduled between 8-11am.We may be able accommodate pick-ups and drop-offs outside these timeframes for an additional charge.

What vaccinations are required?

Dogs are required to their core vaccines (Rabies, Parvo, Distemper, Hepatitis/Adenovirus). It is preferred that dogs also have Leptospirosis, Bordatella, and Parainfluenza vaccines.

Cats are required to have Rabies, Panleukopenia, Feline Calicivirus, and Feline Herpesvirus type I (rhinotracheitis).

All vaccinations must be given at least 14 days before arrival.

My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?

Of course! We're happy to accommodate any special dietary, medicinal, or physical needs at no extra cost. Just let us know!

What do you supply for overnight boarding?

We request that you provide the normal food and treats to keep your pet as comfortable as possible, but do offer Hill's Science Diet Sensitive Stomach dog food. We also provide fresh water, toys, treats, and plenty of fresh air! Each kennel has a Kuranda elevated dog bed for orthopedic support and comfort. You're welcome to provide a blanket and your dogs favorite toys to help them feel at home.

How can I check on my pet during their stay?

Updates and pictures will be sent so you're proactively updated on how your pet is doing. You can also feel free to reach out to us for updates!
